Dave leads AI implementation at Meister Strategies, where he designs and deploys advanced AI infrastructure to help businesses work smarter and scale faster. His expertise spans agentic AI systems, workflow automations, and fully customized integrations that give leadership teams leverage and clarity.

Known for his relentless curiosity and hands-on approach, Dave has built and deployed multiple levels of AI infrastructure at Meister Strategies, transforming how financial, operational, and strategic work gets done. He has mastered dozens of AI tools and applications and is constantly experimenting with new capabilities, from voice AI to next-generation business integrations.

Before joining Meister Strategies, Dave spent over a decade with BC Hydro , one of Canada’s largest utilities, where he completed three Power Sector apprenticeships by the age of 26 and served as a Power Systems Electrician, Power Distribution Operator, and Generation Plant Operator at BC’s largest hydroelectric generating station. In these roles, he earned a reputation for reliability, precision, and problem-solving under pressure.
