He began his journey at 12 with his first investment in silver and, by 18, launched his first business, a painting company that grew close to six figures in its first year. These early successes shaped his philosophy: intentional goals, relentless execution, and smart strategy create real impact.

Over the next decade, Chris built a career in corporate finance and operational leadership, including roles as CFO, COO, and managing multiple portfolio companies within private equity. During this time, he led complex M&A initiatives, built accounting and finance teams from the ground up, and implemented systems that enabled leadership teams to make confident, data-driven decisions. His work has created millions in enterprise value for clients and past employers, helping businesses scale, restructure, and prepare for strategic transactions.

In 2024, Chris founded Meister Strategies, a consulting firm focused on helping high-growth founders and executive teams scale profitably. Through the firm, he combines decades of financial, operational, and M&A experience with an AI-first approach. Leveraging technology to streamline workflows, optimize decision-making, and maximize value creation. Chris works closely with CEOs and leadership teams to simplify complex business challenges, implement scalable systems, and align business goals with personal vision. His clients span multiple industries, and he is recognized for translating complexity into actionable strategies, building high-performing teams, and driving measurable business outcomes.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Business degree and earned his CPA designation at a Big 4 accounting firm. Beyond traditional finance credentials, he holds multiple certifications in software, Six Sigma, and other business tools, giving him the ability to integrate cutting-edge technology and process improvement into strategic growth plans.
